AKK takes design responsibility for the final structural adequacy of approved in-scope packages and value-engineered substitutions. It never recommends a substitution unless the required factor of safety holds.
Glass Curtain Walling
Facade and curtain-wall packages coordinated for performance, certification and delivery sequence, from factory witness points through to the on-site phase.
Modular Mechanical Assemblies
Pre-assembled mechanical modules and plant, packaged and labelled for just-in-time installation with minimal site labour and rework.

Principal counterparty for physical materials.
AKK is not a broker taking a spread. We are the counterparty. That means firmer commitments, cleaner settlement and one point of accountability for the physical goods.
