AKK Solutions Trading FZ-LLC was established in Dubai in 2009. We bridge specialist manufacturing and UK construction. We source, engineer and move the physical goods that projects depend on, and we stand behind them.
How we work
A disclosed agent, and a principal that stands behind the goods.
Most of AKK's work is a disclosed procurement agency: we place orders as your named agent, we take no hidden commissions or supplier rebates, and title passes to you on purchase. But we go further than a broker. We accept design responsibility for approved packages, and we act as principal counterparty when materials need to move quickly and reliably.

Standards & assurance
Accountability, backed by cover.
Because AKK carries design responsibility, we hold professional indemnity and liability cover throughout the term. We also arrange all-risks insurance on the goods themselves.
AKK maintains professional indemnity cover, with a run-off period, because it accepts design responsibility.
Public liability cover held throughout the term for any one occurrence.
Product liability cover applicable to AKK’s services and component packages.
All-risks insurance arranged at 110% of goods invoice value on each insured shipment.

AKK will not knowingly source counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully exported, non-compliant or sanctions-restricted goods. We build anti-bribery, sanctions, export-control and modern-slavery checks into how we qualify every supplier.
